Eternal Sunshine

‘Eternal Sunshine‘, as I call it, is an ode to those who have left this life. It is important to pay homage to the memories of friends and family who have been lost as it is a way to keep them alive and honor time spent with them; and thus the orb represents the imperishable fire that is the memory of their life — their sunshine, if you will.

This particular picture was taken on the bike path in Burlington, Vermont and features a throw up in memory of a local young man, Anthony ‘Hunter’ Dandridge, who passed prematurely. I didn’t personally know Hunter but I know a number of people who did and he was loved by many in my community; I have, however, had the misfortune of losing a best friend at a very young age and I deeply respect and admire the tribute that has been given to Hunter.
